Is it possible to get lip lift surgery without increasing teeth show?

My upper/lower lip ratio is fucked and my philtrum is long and subhuman tier. When I researched lip lifts, it said that they increase upper teeth visibility. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a lip lift without increasing teeth show?
 
get jaw surgery first dont bother for now. modify your face from the inside out. bone comes first and modifies soft tissue anyway.
