theres not a lot of scientific research behind it, but people say it can work at any age, the results just become less drastic and slower past like 25. i think it doesn't hurt to try it if you aren't already.

get a ct scan of growthplates, maybe mewing can still work or that thing on the roof of your mouth that you can get at the orthodontics
