well i was bs on my face everywhere a couple months ago and i dont know how or why but i started to get better maxillular projection. my nose popped out more, my radix somehow improved and my overall forward growth just improved. i also used some nose tape as well to slim down my nose kinda because i lowk have yam.

your projection might be from puberty too. i never heard anyone bs maxxilla so i wouldnt do it so i aint doing it i might try gh idk tho

invest in some braces or a palete expander if you need. if the dentist asks to pull out any teeth, do not allow them to. thumbpulling is cope do not do that.
