Is it possible to get midface implants after high cut Le fort 1?

Title? Full face midface implant still possible after high cut Le fort 1? Or does the midface implant cover the paranasal area too and is thus possible?

Why get a high cut lefort 1 if movements are limited? To my knowledge not many surgeons offer a high cut lefort 1 anyway.
Just get a standart cut (which is high enough btw) + a infra malar implant and if you don't like the paranasal fullness afterwards, just get paranasal implants.

For paranasal implant: It depends on if your paranasal area will be full after lefort 1. I'd probably ask @RealSurgerymax that question. You can get a infra-malar implant 100% tho.

I remember Giant saying a high cut lefort 1 is unnecessary for most anyway.



As you can see a high cut lefort 1 (there are multiple cuts btw) covers most of the midface anyway, you'll most likely not be able to get a paranasal implant then, it won't be needed anyway.


Basically only the infra malar implant is needed, as you can see a high cut lefort makes other implants redundant. For more nose projection a rhino afterwards and u're done.

why not do fat transfer to midface, its way safer and natural than implant? I mean how sunken can a midface be?
