Yes brow ridge is relatively easy to achieve with implants or bone cement.

Deep set eyes are going to be harder. You'd need to have a good starting point in regards to your orbital structure already. Then get your orbital rims augmented and/or your orbital floor burred off to push your eyes in deeper.

He has very low set browridge and supraorbitals. Im curious if its possible to lower browridge because i have high set. Its not bad but i accepted fact that i need to look masculine and want to get rid off my twink features.

Completely depends on what you already have, if you have the eye shape and just need lower bro ridge, better Infraorbital, it's obviously doable, but his PFL for example is way beyond 99% percentile

My eyes are very deep-set but high-set brow ridge and low-set cheekbones ruin it for me. Btw, deep-set eyes are overrated. Aesthetic eye areas are never excessively deep-set as in a neanderthal.

I guess what you could do is get brow ridge implants combined with fat grafts, this should get you a similar brow ridge... Maybe also Botox to lower the eyebrows...
But again, depends on your eyeshape (good browridge is a looksmax anyways so I'd go for it)
