Is it possible to get the angular hollow cheek and pronounced jaw look from implants and filler or no ?

I always see malar implant results and it looks like nothing even changed or jaw implants that just make the persons face weirdly wide and just exaggerate how flat the persons face is because they don’t have cheekbones. I don’t have cheekbones either so I was wondering if it is possible to get a more angular hollowed out defined face with implants and jaw filler. The only result I seen that got that was the one saiyan dude but never seen any other good ones.
