my asymmetry is pretty noticable, second part of the face looks a little bit wider (i mean lower third)

orthognatic surgery can fix an oblique mouth and lower third.

making your tongue rest at the middle of your mouth (instead of a side) may help on the long term

it depends on what the cause of the asymmetry is, if its something like ptosis or lower jaw it can be fixed, otherwise idk
