no imo, there is no winning against bad insertions, i grew my neck a lot and it still doesnt look that great and proportional even if its visibly very muscular

I have seen plenty of pencil necks grow into massive necks on the net. Seems to be an easier muscle to grow than many, just look at malnet destiny he had a pancil neck and grew a solid one.
