Is it possible to go from very recessed when biting to super chiseled jock jawline?

Jutting very hard changes me very drastically, literally 2 different people it even brings my eyebrows more sharp and prominent. Is it possible to get a double jaw implant and fix it that easily so I don't have to jut anymore?

Trust me mewing won't work, its very recessed and I hide it quite well but it sucks jutting hard being in pain 24/7 in public lol.

get lean -> Bimax probably with ccw rotation and genio-> buccal fat pad removal -> custom wraparound jaw implant -> custom paranasal implants

also u could get a lefort 3 implant after bimax
