i need to know this too will test help me at 15 with this im an insecure wristcel

up the hgh + try the copes (boxer wrist conditioning)

Wrist size is mostly determined by bone structure and genetics. But u can increase forearm and hand musculature, which makes the lower arm appear thicker.
Stick to your cycle but also train both wrist flexors and extensors daily:
Wrist curls (palms up)
Reverse wrist curls (palms down)
Go as heavy as possible

Like wrist wise? No it’s pretty much over. But growing your forearms is the only thing u can do so you do look like a stick with a T-shirt on. The only cope I can give is that small wrists make ur forearms look bigger.

Growth hormone (GH) itself does not cause new bone growth in adults after the growth plates have fused, but excess GH leads to tissue and organ enlargement, including the ears, wrists, hands, and face. This occurs because GH stimulates the liver to produce insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which directly drives the growth of bones, cartilage, and soft tissues.

In adults, acromegaly—a condition caused by prolonged excess GH—results in characteristic changes such as:

  • Enlarged hands and feet (including wrist size).
  • Increased ear size.
  • Prominent jaw, forehead, and nose.
  • Coarse facial features and skin thickening.
