If you mean the insertions, overall aesthetic, etc. then it's purely genetics. You can't "shape" your muscles a different way. You can choose which parts to emphasize, etc.

well i mean its possible but 99% of people dont have the genetics for it, but 99% of people can still have a admirable physique so dont use it as an excuse to not work out

You can probably have a similar level of body fat at his body fat percentage but you may look completely different.

David doesn’t actually have that wide of shoulders but he has very tiny hips/waist and great insertions.

I think it’s closer to 27/28 jfl and it’s also about the hips. It’s pretty rare when you’re 6’2/6’3 like him
