Is it possible to have a positive vector infraoribital while having poor under eye fat pads?

When I look at my side profile, my infraorbitals are good and positive. But from the front, I see my under eye area isn’t “full”. It’s mostly hollow near the inner eye area. What would help? volufiline? I have been using under eye cream retinol and Hylarounic acid but not really helping too much.
