Is it possible to have acromegaly without deforming?

So my father has really thick bones and even worse than a acromegaly patient
his hands fingers are very thick you have never seen this before, how is this possible? he doesnt look deformed just big skull but his hands wrists are extreme big

his overall frame is too big

he has like 9 inch hand size and really thick bones, also the nails arent normal like really hard and weird looking
