is it possible to have aegyo sal and lose it?

i saw a picture of myself when i was younger and my aegyo sal was crazy, it was chico level. now i dont have it at all, what happened?

yea i think its subjective but it sometimes makes the eyes look nicer and in my case i feel like it'll lift the lower eyelid a bit and reduce any scleral show

It doesn’t do much noticeable. No one will actually notice it. It is essentially just a fold. Your sclera’s visibility is likely caused by bad infra support.

should i get infra implants then? i was planning on getting fat grafting under my eyes since the scleral show is very minimal and i thought soft tissue could fix the issue but if it wont i might consider infra implants especially if they'll also give my eyes a wider look

I’d have to see. You’d ideally want to speak to a surgeon about this.

Just because no one will notice it doesn’t mean it’s not important. It’s the small things that make the biggest differences and just because you dont like it doesn’t make it any less important either.
