Is it possible to have Horseface with Perfect midface ratio?

I have a low fwhr ( 1.7) , but i have perfect midface ratio(1.00) . Is it possible to be a horsecel with perfect midface ratio?

But i do have tho , in selfies , my ratio is .98 to .99 and in distant photos , my ratio is 1.00

1.0 midface ratio, at the wrong angles it looks long as hell.
