You can have good zygos with a recessed maxilla. It's kind of a stupid question though because the dude with "hunter eyes" and a recessed maxilla will look like a serial rapist, and the combination is unlikely anyways.

I have yet to see this combo, probably easier to find on Asian people, I don’t think that it is a dumb question, counterintuitively there are people with great maxilla and negative canthal tilt e.g Jacob Elordi
