I cant eat more than 130/140g of protein without extreme farting and stomach crampscarbs bloat me like fuck personally, i only consume over 150 if im bulking
obviously other factors like body fat % are way more important however (this will be influenced by carb intake among other nutritional factors)
best way to find out is by trying different intake levels and see to what degree the gains are worth the bloat
