Is it possible to have recessed maxilla with a really good lower third

I have a really good lower third but my midface looks terrible and my eye area is above average to.
I have a big nose nasellobial folds and it looks worse in certain lighting

U probably have a poorly set maxila, set rlly into your skull, I guess its not so bad as you have a good eye area, some facepulling could do the work
