i dont fraud, but I do wear lifted shoes like Nike Airs and Revos. Its best u just get one of those to get you to 6'1

Just don't be stupid. Buy a long-lined shoes with enough vertical space +2inches height lifters and your shoes should be the same color as your pants, so they will blend and fraud is unnoticeable. I'm frauding 3 inches like that(5'10 to 6'1), no one noticed in 7 month

I wear AF1 + 4cm insoles rn, nobody has ever mentioned it.

You have to slowly transition to using higher insoles tho, i started with worn out 3cm ones and then used the 4cm ones and it really is an insane benefit

I wear af1's plus 2.5cm insoles, and I put socks underneath to lol without the socks it looks okay and does not hurt at all i just started using them to look even taller
