Is it possible to improve eye area during puberty?

Me and my younger brother basically had no brow ridges pre puberty and got decent brow ridge petrution post puberty, mine was a little bit more robust though. Probaly bc I gymceled during puberty, which increased my test lvls, so naturally mine got more robust than his.
