Is it possible to increase browridge growth during puberty or is it predetermined?

If you have a base. You can use hgh but you will need a lot. Cheaper to get surgery. You can do surgery yourself just cut your forehead and put sand in there. Close incision with ironing pan.

If I have to guess I'd say it's probably related to prenatal testosterone tbh

If the brow ridge (which is a separate bone) doesn't have cells with gene sequences that order the production of new BONE when that gene sequence is read, then no amount of androgens and androgen receptors will ever help you since these androgens don't have anything to activate once they enter the cell.

Only way is to edit every strand of your DNA in every cell of BONE, which I have a method for.
