when you say thickness are you refering to the thickness of the actual hairs themselves or how much hair follicles are found there if its the second you can try to minimize breakage of lashes with an oil dont drown them it will cause clogging of hair follicles leads to inflammation then loss of lashes and you can promote growth of it with oral minox you can use topical but only if you crush up the tabs and make a non irritating solution as the alcohol in generic topical minox will irritate cause inflammation and then therefore cause more breakage also dont rub eyes at all causes breakage aswell.
