go outside without hat, if ur haircolor is brown or light brown it should get a bit lighter

dark brown and black hair typically doesnt lighten due to sun tho

It depends on your genes, I have dark drown hair that goes lighter and gets blonde highlights if I stay out enough

I swim in the pool outside 1.5 hours a day and see no change in haircolor tbh, also the first pic is just the lighting. Medium brown hair can look like that too in picture due to camera light correction
I cant really tell what ur haircolor before was so its not easy to compare the two

however I do know a guy with light brown hair, and his hair really does get dirtyblonde/blonde due to sun exposure. He's hispanic too

Wherever you wash it. You obviously wash your entire head. So yes, universally.
However there's also a spray for highlighting

well comon u can tell in this where the hair are very long too i legit have black hair , look the left part especially
