Yh and in some cases its ideal. IF u hate both steady state and hiit cardio then just increase ur step count being outside makes u feel good, It has surprisingly big health benefits especially after meals and u would be rly surprised at how much just increasing ur daily moderate level actviting increases fat burning.i am trying to lose bf and going to gym but cba to do cardio, what can i do
