Is it possible to make nose longer ?

Hi,
Photoshoped my face (right photo) and think I need to make nose longer, is it possible ? Anybody know how to make it ? And plz, tell me what looks better my original photo (left) or photoshoped with longer nose (right)

Right looks better. You have a really bad philtrum, partly due to short nose, and yes there is surgery for increasing the lenght of the nose. Although, I'm not sure how good the results are from such surgeries, and I do believe they are quite limited

theoretically yes, it'd involve downturning your nose.

it wouldn't look like your morph btw

Nah, it could be shorter. It's not proportional

Anyway shortening my philtrum is not a case. Almost every upper lip lift result I saw was fucking bad, it's looks unnatural. And also in my case - philtrum length is a nose's flaw as it's too short (comparing to other ppl)
