is it possible to get a pink lips like a mulatto and not have the upper lip be dark and melanated?

Notice how on the darkskin nigga the top lip is dark while the bottom lip is bright pink, while on the lightskin nigga both lips are pink,
For a darkskin nigga would it be possible to lighten the upper lip with glutathione or something else that inhibits melanin production?
