Is it possible to make your hooding horizontal with a fat graft?

So I have pretty good orbitals in terms of compactness but my supras go really down at the corners.

My question is, can I ask for a fat transfer here:

So it’ll give me more hooding and then fall down at the place I pointed to, and not add any fat to the hooding that’s closer to the lateral cathus so it’ll then be higher than the hooding in the middle, or at least horizontal.

I’m also gonna get undereye fat transfers so I thought I’ll just add this too. I have a severe lack of periorbital fat because of my dad and mom but thankfully my supras are very low set, I have basically no fat there
