Not talking like an otoplasty where the tip of the ears are brought closer to the scalp by pinning, talking like maybe a skull reduction or augmentation like eppley does, only under the ears to modify the distance between them. I need a cheekbone reduction to fix my wide ass face but I’m worried my ears would stick out past my zygos too much
