Is it possible to NTMax if you were NT in the past?

So I had lots of friends when I was younger and had no problems talking to girls but I got bullied + got addicted to porn in 8th grade + transferred to an all boys school therefore raping my NTness. Now I have no friends and cope with gaming, gymcelling, and heightmaxxing. Is it possible to regain NT?

I think if you were naturally NT before you realized you were subhuman, then you should be able to regain your NTness if you ascend. I am hoping for this also

Yes, you just need to make friends on social media, listening to rap music or afro music etc...
