Use an eyelash curler, don't make it too drastic though unless you wanna look gay. Put eye drops in your eyes to brighten the sclera while eating a rich diet of vitamin A and D. Trim your eyebrows to make your eyebrow distance match your Intercanthus Distance, and make an overall more masculine shape. These are all minor, everything else can only be fixed with surgery
