Skin is purging because of accutane it will fix easy eyebrows easy too nose rhinoplasty he has a way wider nose than me and more of a dorsal hump mid face mine is better he’s resccseed I don’t want to send any more pictures of him but this is clearly obvious

Like I said, let me reiterate my statement my skin will be fixed eventually. As for my nose, I won’t need a rhinoplasty I’ll reassess after bimax. I’ve been told it will improve, and many patients don’t need one after bimax. I’m talking about hard maxing here, not eyebrows, skin, or anything else. Let me know.

I agree my front is better I wouldn’t say it’s chopped at all could be better but I’m talking about ramus lengthening implants and double jaw surgery which will make it way better can I reach that with these surgeries? If not please explain why I’m curious. Thank you

Yes I talked to the surgeon in Istanbul he recommend me ramus lengthening implants and bimax he said many patients don’t require rhinoplasty after because nose changes slightly if im still not happy with my nose I’ll obv get rhino and I’m not trying to say I’m close to salludon level
