Is it possible to reduce the submandibular gland?

I have a terribly short ramus but I know it’s not completely over, plenty of models and a short ramus. What really nerfs that part of my jaw is my submandibular gland, is it possible to reduce the size of this without surgery?

if you have a short ramus its over and who cares abt the models if the rest is perfect noone cares abt their ramus i doubt you have near perfect features and no you cant shrink your submandibular gland
