Wary of fin/dut cuz of the sides it may have at my age (16) and I just got my hands on some minox. It’s been like this since I was like 13 but only started getting worse over the past year or so

If not lmk and I’ll consider the other options

Norwood 3? . Just do a hair transplant less suffering overall

You need to hop on finasteride or dutasteride ASAP.

I disagree with many the replies above.

This hairline is salvageable and just on the cusp acceptable in society if MAINTAINED

That means 2mg dut and you can get some regrowth with minox. But get on it asap

2.5 dutasteride and minoxidil immediately. Whether you'll 'save it' is difficult to say, it can certainly be improved to a substantial degree, not that your current norwooding is death tier anyway.

Don't get me wrong, I hate the idea of finasteride to a 16 year old but i have NEVER seen such hair loss at his age.

that will not happen at all.

Risks come when you're under 16 because DHT (what you're removing) is linked to penile growth (yours is almost certainly completely done by now) as well as a few more less significant sides that are real but most do not experience, research those yourself. Absolutely worth it when faced with the prospect of baldness anyway. Dutasteride ASAP.

No, you do not need to do a hair transplant every year. Hair transplants are considered a permanent solution for the transplanted hair, as the follicles are taken from areas resistant to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the hormone responsible for androgenetic hair loss. The transplanted hair continues to grow naturally and is not subject to the same hair loss patterns as native hair. However, the native hair surrounding the transplanted area may continue to thin or fall out over time due to ongoing sensitivity to DHT, which can affect the overall appearance. Takes one quick search you inbred retard

Plus healing itself takes 6-12 month you uneducated fucktard. The transplanted follicles begin to grow hair that will fill out the bald patches on the scalp, this is hair that will continue to grow naturally as you get older...

Completely bald spots and corners are insanely hard and unlikely to regrow, just take dht blockers and keep your hair long, your density is good

I'd say it is, but you should be ashamed to do a hair tranplant

dutasteride, oral minoxidil and microneedling asap

Alr micro needling, why oral and not topical? Surely topical is better since it’s localised + no bloat. Considering fin but duta is just overboard for my age ibr

brutal, fin is the only thing saving that, minoxodil only helps hair follicles that are already there (baby hairs for eg.), it doesnt create new ones, but it will be a long and tedious process that you will need to stay perfectly consistent with. best case scenario is you do this process until youre 18+ and save up for hair transplant if you want the thickest best quality looking hair. i wish you the best of luck bhai

Minoxidil is highly overrated, you should stress less or just get a hair transplant

Oral works slightly better in literature but bloated me.

5mg oral is the maximal effective dose for hair growth. You just literally just ingest the topical rather than go buying oral formulations

Why ingest the topical instead of just buying the 5mg pills I find see the benefit
