Is it possible to shorten a forehead if you have a non-receding hairline ?

I have a five-head (I can fit five fingers on my forehead) .
I have no hairline receding at all whatsoever .
I want a forehead (with 4 fingers in length) .
Is it possible at all ? Shortening my forehead would allow me to rock so many hairstyles please someone provide a solution .

Yes they remove a part of your forehead skin and therefore push the hairline down, it works for you.
