Is it possible to slay girls at campus while looking autistic?

I see the same women everyday on campus and I would like to approach them but I think I seem lowkey autistic. I walk stairs up and down and sometimes laugh without reason. Does this make me unappealing to women? And if yes how to fix it and become more nt
