Is it possible to slim skin on nose

I have a fat nose tip and while getting rhino, surgent said that expectation shouldn't be high when you have thick skin. I read that some medicines that fix acne can slim it also vitamin a can fix it but anyone knows some reliable source I'm not even sure if it is possible. My skin on the nose is bad a lot of pores etc.
