Is it possible to still eat beef liver with low dose accutane (40mg a week or so)

Somehow jeetmart got my accutane into Australia and imma start a low dose protocol. I eat Beef liver once a week/10 days or so but did some research and apparently im gonna get liver failure combining the two? is it just jewish scare tactics or should i drop eating beef liver
