Is it possible to talk to a psychiatrist without it ending up on my records?

Like im interested in getting diagnosed by a psychiatrist/psychologist to see what kind of mental disorder i have, since i know for a fact that i am severely nd, i just dont know what disorder.

Problem is i don’t actually want to get diagnosed with anything so that it ends up on my medical records, which will prevent me from getting good jobs and prevent me from joining the military.

Any solutions to this?

You could probably figure it out yourself through honest self analysis maybe look through some books or ask ai to help, therapy is kinda cope in 2026 you can usually get a good idea with internet
