Is it realistic for your face to ascend from 20% to 10% bodyfat?

My biggest failo is my large philtrum and short underprojected chin, my lower third especially is short and wide with a small gonial angle and its like theres too much skin and fat for too little bone. Is it realistic to expect more definition from losing 10% bodyfat or too optimistic?

You will look better at 10-12% guaranteed compared to 20%.

These threads are for people coping so they can continue to eat their goyslop and not lose bf.

you rating will go up by at least 1-2
if you have low bone mass, you need to cut more than someone who has more bone mass as they probably have better projection at higher bf%

Have you dropped weight? How much?

Also you didn’t get fat in 2 weeks so don’t expect to the lean in 2 weeks.

Idk what your diet was before but that could easily all be water weight.

How much are you eating? and activity level? (steps, sports etc)
Aiming for 1500 calories a day and do barely any cardio just strength training

If you actually are tracking properly I wouldn’t worry. Meaning your tracking sauces, snacks, everything you consume. You’ll 100% drop fat at 1500 calories. You can do 1200-1500 for 4-6 weeks before you’re gonna run into problems. Getting at least 10k steps a day will also allow you to leanmax a lot quicker, it all adds up.

IMO it’s easier to have a set meal that you know exactly how many calories is exactly and eat that daily when leanmaxing. Removes any change of cheating and trying to fit stuff into calories.

Also make sure those 1500 cals are from nutrient dense sources, not normie foods like cereal and bread.
