It is possible and people have gotten it before u can look at reddit posts where they got 2. And they show x rays. It is more difficult to do a second leffort cus of all the scar tissue but it has been done before many times and its not crazy

I myself have had 3 Lefort 1's done. Which is commonly what we call a Lefort 3.
