Is it really better to start low on GH dosages?

I know it may downregulate your receptors but if that's going to happen anyway, wouldn't it be better to start straight up with higher dosages like 8IU+?

Apparently huge sudden IGF-1 spikes like that would also grow your extremities such as hands, feet and jaw so that's another plus either way
