so basically today like 6 hours ago i was at an fair in my city with 2 of my friends. im high inhib so i took ritalin to stop overthinking but it did not help a lot. i find it hard to speak because i havent actually gone outside with friends for fucking 8 months because of how ugly and socially anxious i am. im just very sensitive and i walk back and my posture is fucked and im below average height like 165 at 15 please anyone give me advice im thinking of hopping on some roids like anavar, halo and tren also some erdafitinib for height.

ik but money is also important, you cant spend to much of it on peptides

store some money for surgery or smt, reminding yourself constantly about your uglyness isnt to good aswell

try maybe come as far as you can w bodybuilding, steroids also cost and just smaller your nuts in the longterm

Find the causes of ur social anxiety, mark them as problems to solve.
Then list every single solution for these specific problems.
Finally, test these solutions, make a conclusion and adapt your strategy according to the results.

In ur case, the main problem seems to be looks and height (social anxiety being a direct cause of bad looks and height) so analyse ur face and identify every single visible flaws, then list every single solutions for each failo, then implement these solutions and adapt accordingly to the results.
