I'm HLTN-LMTN with 6'4 and I get 0 huzz so I think it's bad

only thing i tried is leanmaxxing and i dropped 12kg but didnt get any leaner visually at all (96kg to 84kg)

There’s nowhere for me to measure my bf but i cleaned my diet up, bacon and eggs each morning then one large meal 15k steps, think it’s just over for me in that department honestly, buccal fat removal and liposuction is probably me only hope

No joke my gym is £100 a month, tennis court, badminton, sauna swimming pool and multiple football fields but no body scanner

I’ll drive like 20 miles to find one but still, even if i do scan and it comes up like 22% because i have no abs at all by the way. Then im so fucking confused because i did everything to leanmaxx for 2 months and dropped hella weight and nothing changed?

2 months? bro i know you did not fucking lose 12 kg in 2 months.... that would be a 1200+ deficit, verified anorexics would have a hard time doing that, and if you did do that you almost certainly veered toward skinnyfat hell by losing more muscle than fat

You do know you gotta have a good protein target and maintenance lifting regimen when you cut right

Yeah i genuinely did i was really bad before the diet, i used to eat a full tube of pringles a day, cakes, take out food. easily over 3000 kcals. Now i eat only around 1500 a day but dont lift, just 15k steps a day

lol not gonna lie i just wanted my face to look leaner so im not too worried about my physique losing all my muscle but yeah i guesss ill try and refine the method thanks
