Since your entire face develops around the cranial base and having a larger wider cranial base means having an incel skull can't you fraud it ?. After your bones are done developing very minimal differences happen to the face except mainly aging and bone recession. If you were to get surgery Ideally if you were to get monobloc+later epicanthisty+ Modified lefort 3 16 mm Plus IMDO+4 or 5 MM Bimax+ Cranial Vult distraction osteogensis couldn't you quite literally remold the entire fucking skull ? thinking about it what ever comes out post surgery won't even be you anymore it's a new person almost.

Good craniofacial development is marked by Lateral and Forward Growth. I wouldn't say forward growth depends on lateral growth however the cranium and the face are developmentally related and early fusion of sutures in the various craniosynostosis could theoretically effect both of these things.
