Some guy on a natural bodybuilder forum told me "bro you're skinny, bulk up +0.75-1 lbs/week."
But then I'm seeing a couple guys on looksmax say that you can only gain 1 kg of muscle/month natty tops so there's no point in bulking more than that?
1kg/month is equivalent to 0.51 lbs/week.
I gained 0.71 lbs/week in 18 weeks (126 days).
And in the last 68 days (9.72 weeks) I gained 0.98 lbs/week.
I had mono in November. I caught it from some foid. So I lost weight and gains back in November. That's why my weight gain average is higher after Nov 29th.
Should I slow my bulk down to 0.51 lbs/week (1 kg/month), maybe even do a maintenance recomp for a little while for now? Or should I continue to gain 0.75-1 lbs/week as I originally planned?
