Is it risky to create a Paypal account if I am 17?

I heard Paypal can't delete the account and you lost your money if they discover I created the account being 17 years old, do you guys know how true is this? Well, I created one when I was like 16, and used it successfully up until I became of age- with a few restrictions. Though it did end up haunting me once I encountered some issues that required PayPal support.
They ended up figuring out I created the account when I was below 18 (even when I'm old enough now) and basically blocked it. Thankfully I'd withdrawn all the funds already.
So yeah, you can but it might end up haunting you in the future. I'd just create another account once you're 18.

Lol, basically the same thing happened to me. You can create it but if at any point in the future you try to verify your ID, even if you're old enough, they'll block all the account's features and withhold you from withdrawing your funds.
