I just used the derminator 2 with 0.75mm on the nose. I also used a hyaluronic serum.
Now i have a little red swollen knob on the side of the nose. Is it possible that i injected the hyaluronic serum into a blood vessel or arteria??
I only know that people using filler on the nose are in high danger of injecting into a vein or vessel.
Did i make a mistake?
