hey, I've been there, and although I have no idea what you're going through, someone reached out to me almost 10 years ago in a taiwanese basket-weaving forum to tell me I am responsible for my own fate, so I had "no right on bitching all the time, faggot"
that person doesn't even know what it did to me, thanks to that comment, I now have a career, a fiancee and a sustainable salary

and the people I left behind, I actually never thought about them until now

That's because of your current brain chemistry, everything probably seems pointless to you. if you'll take heavy drugs (don't do it, it's for the example) you'll start smiling at the most stupid things, just because of different hormones. go to the gym, start force yourself into some hobbies you think that MIGHT be SOMEWHAT interesting or fun. overtime your homeostasis would hopefully change and you'll start to take interest in the world and what it has to offer.

It ain’t even sex man. It’s a day to day basis. People will judge me I can tell. They’re brief, they use me, they avoid me. Everytime I look in the mirror the dots all connect. I have a few real friends on this planet which I’m grateful for. But man I’ve always been out in positions where I’m either an entertainer or a clown or a pushover or a servant. I don’t want to be but I’m always out in these positions. It almost seems inevitable. Granted I should be looksmaxxing before I give up on it all, but the idea of having to put in all that work just to be normal still dreads me. It just reminds me I’m below most people.
