i just tried to tell one of them and showed him a wheat waffles video (and explained all the pills to him) i said looks are everything etc very bluntly. took over an hour he agreed with most of it

at the end of it he rejected the idea and when i asked him what he believes, he says he is bluepilled (but it sounds like he is in denial)
