better start moneymaxxing for lefort
which lefort? cause no surgeon is gonna give you lf2 or lf3 if you aren't deformed, way too risky, well not at the moment anyways

what is the percentage of death/infection for such surgeries?

not sure ive seen people talk about something about something of a 10% mortality rate for lefort 2 or something but I think that's for actual fractures rather than surgery

edit: ye just checked and it's a statistic for lefort fractures and not lefort surgery

Why? Bimax is pretty routine these days and will fix lower maxilla, Mse + facemask can help upper maxilla and most ppls maxilla won't be that bad to start with
